These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Vedhkrit Private Limited (“VEDHKRIT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating in association with its technical development partner Udyamedge Private Limited.

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or using the VEDHKRIT website, diagnostic tools, learning management dashboards, or APIs, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately cease accessing and using the platform.

VEDHKRIT provides services designed for school learners, college students, parents, teachers, and educational institutions:

• Minors (Under 18 Years): If you are under the age of 18, you may use VEDHKRIT only with the verified consent and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or through an authorized institutional enrollment agreement with your school or educational institution.
• Parents and Legal Guardians: By linking your parent account to a student profile, you accept responsibility for your child’s compliance with these Terms.
• Institutional Representatives: School administrators and educators creating institutional profiles represent that they have full corporate and legal authority to register their institution and roster student accounts under applicable education regulations.

When registering on VEDHKRIT, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information.

• OTP & Password Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, passwordless OTP codes delivered via SMS/Email (via MSG91), and session tokens. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized Access Notification: You must promptly notify VEDHKRIT at info@vedhkrit.com if you discover or suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Lockout: VEDHKRIT reserves the right to lock accounts that exhibit multiple failed authentication attempts to protect platform integrity.

You agree to use VEDHKRIT solely for lawful, educational, and developmental purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code, proprietary algorithms, or question banks from the platform.
• Engage in automated scraping, bot attacks, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing of rate-limiting throttles.
• Impersonate another user, student, parent, mentor, or school official.
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify assessment answers, diagnostic scores, or milestone achievements.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or offensive content through feedback forms, profile uploads, or communication channels.

VEDHKRIT’s proprietary V360 Assessment Battery and Integrated Learner Development Framework (ILDF) are structured diagnostic tools:

• Diagnostic Nature: Assessment scores, percentiles, and dimension reports reflect a learner’s diagnostic aptitude and development trajectory at a specific point in time. They are intended for developmental guidance and self-discovery.
• Not Formal Statutory Certifications: VEDHKRIT assessments are educational guidance tools and do not substitute for formal government examination board credentials (e.g. CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) or university entrance accreditation.
• Intellectual Property of Question Banks: All assessment questions, scoring rubrics, psychometric methodologies, and report formats are the exclusive proprietary property of Vedhkrit Private Limited.

VEDHKRIT incorporates VEDA, an AI-powered conversational assistant powered via Google Gemini APIs to provide Socratic questioning and study recommendations.

VEDHKRIT connects students with verified domain mentors and hands-on studio learning experiences:

• Professional Conduct: All interactions between mentors, students, and parents must maintain the highest standards of professional courtesy and academic integrity. Harassment or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate account termination.
• Scheduling & Cancellations: 1:1 mentor sessions must be booked and rescheduled in accordance with established portal booking timelines.
• Studio Work Product: Projects completed in Smart Learning & Enterprise Center (SLEC) studios remain the intellectual creations of students, with VEDHKRIT granted a non-exclusive license to showcase portfolio work on the platform.

Certain premium features, advanced assessment batteries, and 1:1 mentor programs may require paid subscriptions or institutional licensing.

• Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via authorized third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay or Stripe). By initiating a transaction, you authorize our payment partners to charge your designated payment method.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable taxes (including Goods and Services Tax / GST) as required by Indian fiscal regulations.
• Refund Policy: Diagnostic assessments that have already been administered or customized mentor hours already conducted are non-refundable. Other cancellation or refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by reaching info@vedhkrit.com.

The VEDHKRIT name, brand logo, user interface designs, curriculum frameworks (including ILDF), diagnostic scoring logic, software code, graphic illustrations, and documentation are the exclusive property of Vedhkrit Private Limited and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform strictly for personal educational or authorized school administrative purposes. No portion of the platform may be republished or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.

The platform relies on third-party service providers (such as MSG91 for SMS/OTP, Google for authentication, and Google Gemini for AI). Your interactions with third-party providers are subject to their respective terms and service conditions. VEDHKRIT is not liable for service disruptions caused by external third-party outages.

VEDHKRIT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we strive for high uptime and smooth operations, we do not warrant that platform access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities beyond standard industry safeguards.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEDHKRIT PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO VEDHKRIT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEDHKRIT from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or disrupt platform operations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
